ABOUT

Dr. Allma is an author, professor of Biblical Studies, dynamic speaker, and the host of two life-enriching podcasts: "The Seeds of Transformation " and "Transplanted."

As a simultaneous kidney and pancreas transplant recipient, Dr. Allma brings unmatched authenticity to her calling. Her story is not only one of survival, but of purpose. Through her faith-filled journey, she embodies the resilience, wisdom, and boldness that fuel her mission to bridge generational gaps and spark Christ-centered transformation.

The Seeds of Transformation is for every listener hungry for spiritual truth and real change. In this podcast, Dr. Allma unpacks key issues of faith, family, finances, leadership, and community, rooted in sound biblical truth and designed to cultivate growth. With a sharp lens shaped by her background in finance and investments, and a bold heart molded by the Word of God, she challenges and equips listeners to live lives that bear fruit and impact generations.

Transplanted, on the other hand, is a space for patients, caregivers, health professionals, individuals on dialysis, those who have received or are waiting for an organ transplant, and anyone with a strong interest in these topics. Drawing from her own transplant journey, Dr. Allma offers encouragement, support and an email community—bridging the often overlooked emotional, spiritual, and practical needs of transplant warriors through the lens of hope.

Once a woman who stood in the shadows, unsure of her voice and presence, Dr. Allma has come to understand that each of us is a seed, planted with a God-given purpose. Now, through her words and her walk, she calls others to rise, reminding us all that even the smallest seed, when surrendered to God, can grow into a legacy of transformation, healing, and kingdom impact.
